Dr. Aaron Fay has contributed to over 100 publications, 25 book chapters, and one major textbook of which he is the chief editor. He was full time faculty at MEEI for over 17 years where he directed the oculoplastics and orbital surgery service. He is currently clinical professor of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School.

I visited the Fitchburg office for one of my two annual appointments on Monday, June 10th, 2024. I wouldn't think of ever changing to other doctors or another eye office. The office staff / technicians were friendly, welcoming, understanding and compassionate. All my questions were answered swiftly and with great expertise. The care was excellent throughout the experience from initial appointment and through follow up appointments. The surgery for cataracts was successful. I have known Dr. Fay for almost 27 years. Only recently did I have both eyes operated on and now have near perfect vision. The amazing part is I have spent the past 20 years legally blind in my right eye due to numerous issues. Now 25/20 vision in that eye and 20/20 in the left eye.
