I am very pleased with my visit to Eye & Lasik Center of West Springfield. The staff greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and took care of me when I had to make future appointments. Bao Kim was the technician who I saw first for my scheduled appointment. He was exceptional in his professionalism and knowledge and has a very kind and a warm nature.
